CRIB FACTORY is expanding its manufacturing team and is looking for dedicated, hardworking, and skilled candidates to join our furniture and interior production unit.

Key ResponsibilitiesITI Carpenter
- Manufacture and assemble custom furniture.
- Read measurements and technical drawings.
- Operate woodworking machines and hand tools.
- Maintain quality standards and workplace safety.
Furniture Polishing Technician
- Sand and prepare wooden surfaces.
- Apply stains, PU, melamine, lacquer, and other finishes.
- Ensure premium-quality finishing before dispatch.
Site Supervisor
- Supervise furniture installation and interior works.
- Coordinate with clients, production, and installation teams.
- Ensure projects are completed on time with high quality.
- Conduct site measurements and monitor work progress.
Furniture Packing Staff
- Pack furniture and wooden products securely.
- Use protective packing materials.
- Label products and assist with dispatch.
- Maintain packing quality standards.
Store Keeper
- Maintain inventory and stock records.
- Receive and issue raw materials and finished goods.
- Organize the warehouse and support production planning.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel) is preferred.
Production Head
- Plan and supervise daily production activities.
- Lead carpentry, polishing, welding, assembly, and packing teams.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timely delivery.
- Improve production efficiency and workflow.
Welder
- Perform MIG, TIG, or Arc welding.
- Fabricate and assemble metal furniture components.
- Read fabrication drawings.
- Maintain welding equipment and follow safety procedures.
Requirements
- ITI qualification is preferred for Carpenter and Welder positions.
- Relevant experience is preferred; freshers with the right attitude are encouraged to apply for selected roles.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Good work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
- Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Thiruvananthapuram are preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹9,500 – ₹18,000 per month (based on role, skills, and experience).
- Performance-based evaluation.
