About the Role
SkySun is looking for a highly analytical and technically strong Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business, product, and engineering teams.
This role goes beyond requirement gathering — we are looking for someone who can design workflows, understand system architecture, evaluate technical feasibility, and support scalable product and integration decisions.
You will work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to improve operational efficiency, automation, and business systems for US residential solar operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications
- Design and document end-to-end workflows across:
- CRM platforms
- SaaS applications
- Middleware
- Internal systems
- Web applications
- Create:
- Process flows
- User journeys
- System diagrams
- Dependency maps
- Integration documentation
- Define and maintain:
- User stories
- Acceptance criteria
- Functional requirements
- Technical documentation
- Collaborate with engineering teams across:
- Sprint planning
- Grooming sessions
- Daily stand-ups
- Reviews and retrospectives
- Evaluate technical impact and downstream dependencies before implementation
- Participate in API integration discussions and solution design
- Support prioritization, roadmap planning, and business decision-making
- Drive scalable, reliable, and maintainable business workflows
Required Skills & Experience
✔ 4+ years of experience in:
