We are looking for a candidate who is willing to communicate with the client and understand their requirements and answer the queries professionally. This position is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to end clients to introduce company services.
- Explain our offerings clearly and professionally.
- Follow up on enquiries, leads, and previous interactions.
- Maintain relationships with customers.
- Check client’s requirements and proactively provide solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in lead generation, telesales, or customer relationship roles is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
