Metal Roofing Sheets, Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), Steel Building Solutions, Roofing &
Cladding Products.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our pan-India
sales efforts for Metal Roofing Sheets. The candidate will be responsible for expanding our
market presence, developing a strong dealer network across India, generating direct
business from end users, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales of Metal Roofing Sheets across India.
- Develop and expand an all-India dealer and distributor network.
- Generate direct sales from industrial, commercial, and institutional customers.
- Identify new markets, territories, and business opportunities.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, consultants, and end
users.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable roofing solutions.across india, generating direct business from end users, and driving sustainable revenue growth. Study shed drawings and calculate material requirements accurately.
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals in coordination with the internal team.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Strong basic mental mathematics skills.
- Ability to read and understand shed drawings and accurately estimate customer
- quantity requirements.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and dealer network development.
- Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Metal Roofing Sheets, Roofing & Cladding Systems, PEB Industry, Steel
- Building Products, or related sectors.
- Existing industry contacts and dealer network will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling nationwide sales
- responsibilities.
