Job Title: Part-Time BBA Faculty

Job Description
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Part-Time BBA Faculty to handle core and elective management subjects for undergraduate students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lectures for BBA students in subjects such as:
- Principles of Management, Marketing Management, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Business Statistics, Accounting for Managers, Business Environment & Law, Organisational Behaviour, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Operations & MIS, Digital Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Service Marketing, Strategic HRM, and other related management subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, study materials, and question papers as per the university syllabus.
- Conduct internal assessments, seminars, projects, and other classroom activities.
- Guide and mentor students for academic improvement and career development.
- Maintain attendance records, academic documentation, and evaluation reports.
- Organize workshops, industrial visits, guest lectures, and skill development programs.
- Encourage practical learning through case studies, presentations, group discussions, and business simulations.
- Coordinate with academic management for curriculum planning and student performance monitoring.
- Eligibility:
- MBA / Master’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline
- Minimum 3+ years of teaching experience in BBA / Management programs
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching and student development
Job Type:
Part-Time (Classroom-Based Teaching)
Pay: ₹40.00 - ₹100.00 per hour
