We are looking for a well-spoken and professional Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries for our e-commerce brand, Xctasy.co.
The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, a polite and professional tone, and the ability to respond to customers clearly through calls and WhatsApp.
The role involves assisting customers with their queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries on calls and WhatsApp.
- Provide support related to products, orders, delivery, payments, and returns.
- Resolve customer concerns in a polite and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the team whenever customer issues need internal support.
- Maintain a positive and professional customer experience.
Requirements
- Good English communication skills are required.
- Good Hindi communication skills.
- Polite, patient, and confident speaking style.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer support experience is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
