Key Responsibilities:
- Procure fire protection system materials such as fire pumps, sprinkler systems, hydrant systems, valves, pipes, fittings, detectors, and related accessories.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate with suppliers, and issue purchase orders.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials as per project requirements.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships and source new suppliers when required.
- Coordinate with project, stores, and accounts teams for smooth procurement operations.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and procurement documentation.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of purchasing experience in Fire Protection, MEP, HVAC, or Industrial Projects.
- Knowledge of fire protection materials and systems.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
