Key Responsibilities
- Actively reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, calls, and digital platforms
- Generate and qualify leads to build a consistent pipeline of new projects
- Pitch company services to prospects and assist in closing deals
- Support digital marketing efforts (social media, email campaigns) to attract inbound inquiries
- Follow up persistently with leads and maintain CRM records
- Collaborate with senior team members to convert proposals into won projects
Requirements
- 0–2 years in sales, business development, or lead generation
- Strong drive to hit targets and bring in new business
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and client-facing conversations
- Any sales training, internship, or digital marketing certification is a plus
