Job Description: Business Development Manager
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in sales and business development, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end deal closures in an IT services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales and business development strategies to achieve organizational revenue targets.
Work on leads provided by the company and convert them into successful business opportunities.
Engage with prospective and existing clients for requirement discussions, negotiations, and deal closures.
Conduct market research to identify new selling opportunities and assess customer needs.
Collaborate closely with the pre-sales team to profile clients, qualify leads, and create customized proposals.
Prepare and review SRS documents and Scope of Work (SoW) based on client requirements.
Maintain and update the prospective client database and CRM with accurate and timely information.
Plan project timelines and coordinate with internal teams (Content, Design, and Technology) to ensure timely project delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and ensuring smooth project closure.
Build long-term client relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and share regular updates with management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a creative approach to addressing client needs.
Hands-on experience in client interactions, requirement gathering, and proposal management.
Experience working in an IT services / digital / software development environment (preferred).
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple internal teams.
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
