Job Title: Secretary to Managing Director / Executive Assistant (Finance Support)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Managing Director.
- Manage MD’s calendar, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and daily schedules.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, presentations, and follow-up action points.
- Coordinate with various departments and ensure timely communication and execution of instructions.
- Maintain confidentiality of business information, financial data, and strategic discussions.
- Assist the MD in reviewing budgets, financial reports, MIS reports, and business performance analysis.
- Understand and analyze financial statements, expense reports, revenue reports, and budget planning.
- Support financial decision-making by preparing data summaries, comparisons, and insights.
- Monitor budget allocations, expenses, and financial trends.
- Coordinate with accounts and finance teams for required reports and updates.
- Prepare management-level dashboards and reports for review.
- Maintain documentation, records, and important business files.
Software Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good understanding of reporting and data analysis using Excel.
- Preferred experience with Zoho applications .
- Ability to learn and manage business software tools efficiently.

Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field with experience in executive assistance, finance coordination, or management reporting.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Guruvayur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
