Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team at Kishor Developers. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for potential property buyers. Your mission will be to understand customer requirements, showcase our premium residential/commercial projects, conduct site visits, and turn incoming leads into proud property owners.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management & Conversion: Promptly respond to and manage inbound leads generated through our digital marketing campaigns, property portals, and walking inquiries.
- Client Consultation: Connect with prospective clients via phone and face-to-face meetings to understand their exact real estate requirements, budget, and timeline.
- Site Visits: Schedule, coordinate, and lead property tours and site visits for prospective clients, emphasizing the unique selling points (USPs) and value of Kishor Developers' projects.
- Deal Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections gracefully, negotiate pricing and payment structures effectively within company guidelines, and drive closures to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Channel Partner Collaboration: Build and maintain active relationships with local real estate brokers and channel partners to boost external lead generation.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate, up-to-date client data, follow-up logs, and sales reports in the company CRM system.
- Post-Sales Coordination: Assist the documentation and accounts teams in initiating agreement processes, booking collection, and maintaining smooth post-booking relationships with clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate (Any stream). An MBA in Marketing is a major plus.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of direct field sales experience, ideally in the Pune real estate market (Wakad, Hinjewadi, or West Pune geography exposure is highly preferred).
- Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi to effectively communicate with Pune’s diverse clientele.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license for mandatory field movement and site visits.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. You must be presentable and highly confident in handling premium clients.
