Key Responsibilities: Assist in dispensing medications under pharmacist supervision. Review prescriptions for completeness and accuracy. Help prepare and label medications. Maintain pharmacy inventory and stock levels. Check expiry dates and proper medication storage. Provide basic medication information under supervision. Maintain patient confidentiality and pharmacy records. Follow hospital policies and infection control practices. Report medication errors or adverse events to the supervising pharmacist. Participate in ward rounds, training sessions, and quality improvement activities.
