Job description:
- Review patient medical records and ensure all necessary information is included for billing.
- Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors.
- Record payments received and apply them to the appropriate accounts.
- Reconcile payments with bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.
- Provide detailed explanations of charges and assist with resolving any billing disputes.
- Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with clients.
- Prepare regular reports on billing activities, accounts receivable, and outstanding balances.
- Maintain organized records of all billing transactions and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audits as required.
- Ensure billing practices comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, billing software, and best practices to improve efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to the development of billing procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
