Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to cold or warm leads using active scripts.
- Answer inbound calls from customers interested in promotions or products.
- Understand customer needs and pitch matching products or services.
- Handle objections and persuade hesitant buyers to buy.
- Process orders and record transaction details accurately.
- Update the database with customer feedback and contact logs.
- Meet sales quotas and call volume goals set by the company
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
- Experience: Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation.
- Tech literacy: Familiarity with computer software and CRM databases.
- Mindset: Results-driven, resilient, and comfortable with rejection
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
