We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences across our products.
Role Overview
The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for researching, designing, and optimizing user experiences for FOY's web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate combines creativity with problem-solving skills and has a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Business teams to create seamless experiences that delight users while meeting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business requirements into user-centric designs.
- Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system and UI component library.
- Improve existing product interfaces based on user feedback and analytics.
- Ensure consistency in design language across all products.
- Create responsive designs for multiple screen sizes and devices.
- Stay updated with UI/UX trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of typography, layouts, color theory, and interaction design.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend development workflows is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in SaaS, e-commerce, AI, or consumer products.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
- Experience conducting usability testing and interpreting user insights.
- Basic knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions is an advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
