Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, preparing documentation, and ensuring the quality of software applications through proper testing. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders
- Prepare BRD, SRS, and functional documentation
- Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios
- Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications
- Identify, report, and track bugs and defects
- Coordinate with developers, designers, and project managers
- Ensure the product meets business requirements and quality standards
- Assist in client meetings, requirement discussions, and project documentation
Required Skills
- Good understanding of Software Testing concepts (Manual Testing)
- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC
- Experience in requirement analysis and documentation
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Understanding of API testing or database queries is a plus
