About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Python Trainer to join our team and deliver online training sessions in Python, Odoo Functional, and Odoo Development.
The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Python and a passion for teaching and mentoring. Prior Odoo experience is not mandatory, as the selected candidate will receive training from our team on Odoo Functional and Development.
Key ResponsibilitiesOdoo Training
- Conduct online Odoo training sessions for trainees.
- Deliver training on Odoo Functional and Odoo Development.
- Explain Odoo modules, workflows, configuration, customization, and development concepts.
- Conduct practical exercises, assignments, assessments, and project-based training.
- Guide trainees through real-world Odoo use cases and development scenarios.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare and maintain training materials, exercises, and assessments.
- Coordinate with the internal Odoo team to ensure training content is accurate and up to date.
Python Training
- Conduct Python programming sessions from basic to advanced levels.
- Teach Python concepts relevant to Odoo development.
- Cover programming fundamentals, OOP, data structures, functions, modules, exception handling, and database concepts.
- Provide coding exercises and practical assignments.
- Help trainees develop logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of professional experience in Python development or Python training.
- Strong knowledge of Python programming.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Good knowledge of databases and programming fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners.
- Ability to conduct engaging online training sessions.
- Strong interest in teaching, mentoring, and developing trainees.
Odoo Knowledge
- Prior Odoo experience is not mandatory.
- Candidates with Odoo Development or Odoo Functional experience will have an advantage.
- The selected candidate will receive internal Odoo training before taking independent Odoo training sessions.
- Willingness to learn Odoo and understand its Functional and Development aspects is essential.
Work Arrangement
- Initially: Work From Home.
- Later: The role may transition to a hybrid work arrangement in Kozhikode.
- Candidates should be willing and comfortable to work from Kozhikode when required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
