Job Summary
System and Solution is seeking a skilled IT Hardware Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support computer hardware, network devices, and IT infrastructure. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of hardware systems and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues.
- Assemble, upgrade, and repair computer systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance on IT equipment.
- Support network devices such as routers, switches, and access points.
- Install and configure operating systems and software applications.
- Manage hardware inventory and asset records.
- Provide technical support to employees and clients.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and warranty services.
- Ensure compliance with IT security and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT hardware support.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
- Experience with Windows installation and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of LAN/WAN networks and basic server concepts.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
