Role Overview
The Customer Support Executive - Sales professional will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while promoting and selling gold products. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build trust with clients in the gold and jewellery industry.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries related to gold products.
Provide accurate information on product specifications, pricing, purity certifications, and investment options.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
Sales Activities
Promote gold products (bullion, coins, jewellery, investment- grade gold) to customers.
Convert inquiries into sales by highlighting product value, authenticity, and benefits.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement.
Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
Maintain customer records and track purchase history in CRM systems.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.
Compliance & Transparency
Ensure adherence to ethical sales practices and industry regulations, including anti-money laundering guidelines.
Communicate clearly about pricing, delivery timelines, and product guarantees.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in customer service and sales, preferably in gold, jewellery, or luxury goods.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle high-value transactions with integrity and professionalism.
Knowledge of gold pricing, market trends, and consumer investment behaviour.
Proficiency in CRM systems and customer support tools.
