Job Summary
The Front Desk Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, attending visitors and clients, handling incoming calls, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The role acts as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, creating a professional and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and staff professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and courier services.
- Maintain visitor records and reception registers.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and appointments.
- Support HR and administration activities when required.
- Maintain office cleanliness and front desk presentation.
- Handle inquiries and direct them to the concerned departments.
- Manage stationery and office supplies records.
- Follow up with walk-in clients and maintain basic data records.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).
