Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions.
- Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers and align hiring strategy accordingly.
- Prepare and post job descriptions across job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing platforms.
- Source candidates through databases, networking, employee referrals, and direct sourcing methods.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring stakeholders.
- Maintain continuous follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure positive candidate experience and effective communication at all stages of hiring.
- Assist in salary negotiations, offer rollout, and pre-joining engagement activities.
- Support onboarding coordination and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring MIS reports.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines, processes, and organizational hiring standards.
- Stay updated on market trends, sourcing techniques, and talent availability.
