Role Overview
The Business Analyst – Sponsorship & Business Development will be responsible for identifying sponsorship opportunities, generating business leads, building corporate relationships, preparing sponsorship proposals, negotiating partnerships, and supporting the growth of TennisKhelo.
This role combines business analysis, sponsorship sales, partnership management, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and approach potential sponsors and business partners.
* Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach.
* Prepare sponsorship proposals and business presentations.
* Build relationships with brands, academies, clubs, and tournament organizers.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
* Maintain sales pipeline, CRM, and business reports.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful partnerships.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
* Passion for sports and willingness to travel when required.
