We are hiring Field Investigators for State Bank of India (SBI) Due Diligence assignments across Chhattisgarh. The selected candidates will conduct field investigations, coordinate with State Bank of India (SBI) branches, and submit accurate verification reports within the prescribed turnaround time (TAT).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field investigations for State Bank of India (SBI) due diligence cases.
- Visit State Bank of India (SBI) branches to collect case assignments, coordinate with branch officials, and submit required documents whenever required.
- Visit customers’ residences, offices, and business locations for verification.
- Verify identity, address, employment, business, and other assigned details.
- Capture geo-tagged photographs and collect supporting evidence during field visits.
- Interact with applicants, neighbours, employers, and references as part of the investigation process.
- Identify discrepancies, suspicious information, or potential fraud indicators.
- Complete all assigned cases within the prescribed turnaround time (TAT) while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Follow company policies and State Bank of India (SBI) guidelines at all times.
Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
- Own Android smartphone
- Two-wheeler with a valid Driving Licence
- Good communication skills in Hindi and the local language
- Willingness to travel within the assigned district
