We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to support the Legal Department in handling documentation, correspondence, record management, and coordination with government authorities, advocates, clients, and internal teams. The candidate will assist in maintaining legal records, tracking applications, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and organize legal files, case records, contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
- Prepare, scan, photocopy, print, and file legal documents and supporting records.
- Draft routine letters, emails, notices, and administrative communications.
- Coordinate with advocates, consultants, clients, and government departments.
- Track legal applications, approvals, NOCs, licenses, and compliance deadlines.
- Maintain registers, databases, and document management systems.
- Assist in collecting and compiling property, ownership, and project-related documents.
- Schedule meetings, hearings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
- Handle inward and outward correspondence and maintain records of submissions.
- Support legal and administrative teams in day-to-day office operations.
- Ensure confidentiality of legal and company documents.
Preferred Experience
- Working with law firms, architectural firms, real estate companies, or compliance departments.
- Familiarity with legal documentation, property records, and government submissions.
- Experience dealing with DDA, MCD, Revenue Department, Sub-Registrar Offices, or other statutory authorities.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
