We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented to expand our customer base and drive sales growth in the animal/poultry feed segment. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new customers for poultry feed and raw materials
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Visit clients, distributors, and dealers as per assigned territory
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch
- Collect market feedback and competitor information
- Ensure timely payment follow-ups from customers
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development (feed/agro sector preferred)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for field sales
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
