- Plan, organize, and track the daily dispatch schedule for outbound shipments.
- Assign deliveries to appropriate transport vendors based on capacity, cost, and destination.
- Generate and verify essential shipping documents, including delivery notes, invoices, and waybills.
- Monitor real-time transit status of high-priority deliveries and proactively resolve transit delays.
- Coordinate with internal warehouse teams to ensure seamless loading and packing processes.
