Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Assisting senior chefs with prep work, marination, and cooking authentic Indian dishes (kebabs, gravies, tandoori items).
- Quality Control: Ensuring recipes are followed accurately and food presentation meets fine-dining or hotel standards.
- Kitchen Hygiene: Maintaining an immaculate workspace, cleaning equipment, and following HACCP safety protocols.
- Inventory: Monitoring stock levels, keeping an eye on wastage, and organizing the pantry.
Requirements & Compensation
