Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gandhinagar for a Sales Associate at STEMbotix. The Sales Associate will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying potential clients, and promoting STEMbotix's products and services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, preparing presentations, managing sales leads, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves collaboration with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and contribute to the organization’s growth.
Qualifications
- Sales and Relationship Management skills: Ability to identify potential customers, develop strong client relationships, and achieve sales goals.
- Communication and Interpersonal skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, and capacity to work as part of a team.
- Presentation and Negotiation skills: Experience in creating impactful presentations and effectively negotiating terms to drive successful deals.
- Knowledge of STEM education tools: Familiarity with STEM concepts, AI, robotics, coding, AR/VR, 3D printing, and related technologies is a plus.
- Customer Service and Problem-Solving skills: Dedicated to providing excellent customer experience and resolving customer inquiries and challenges effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software: Ability to track and manage sales data efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, STEM fields, or a related area is preferred.

Experience: 1 to 1.5 years preferred
Grade : Junior
