Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily batching and mixing operations.
- Ensure accurate weighing of raw materials as per feed formulations.
- Monitor batching equipment and coordinate maintenance when needed.
- Maintain batch records and production reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and feed manufacturing standards.
- Coordinate with production, quality, warehouse, and maintenance teams.
- Minimize material wastage and improve production efficiency.
- Train and supervise batching operators.
