We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and sharp
Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This role goes beyond traditional admin work - you will act as a
strategic partner, helping drive priorities, manage operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.

Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones

Prioritize meetings based on business impact

Coordinate internal and external stakeholders

End-to-end travel planning (domestic & international)

Manage itineraries, bookings, visas, and last-minute changes

Ensure seamless travel experience for leadership

Draft, review, and manage emails and correspondence

Follow up with internal teams and external partners
-
Act as a gatekeeper and point of contact

Track key initiatives and ensure deadlines are met

Drive follow-ups and accountability across teams

Support execution of strategic projects

Assist leadership in prioritization and decision-making

Prepare summaries, notes, and action plans

Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems

Fluent in spoken and written English

3–6+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role

Strong experience in:

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Experience supporting founders or senior executives
