Job Description
Employees working in this position shall be having the following JR
1. Complete responsibility on Project Management
2. Overall responsibility for all SDLC activities
3. Providing overall Technical guidance to technical teams on Analysis, Design, Coding, Debugging and Testing
4. Overall responsibility for all technical Documentation.
5. Providing overall guidance on documentation including Change History, SRS, DFD, Flow Chart, Help File, Bug Reason form preparation and Other technical documentation related to Project
6. Overall responsibility on project delivery and profitability.
7. Database related works
8. Product Enhancements
9. Change request management
10. Customer complaint management
11. Unit Testing.
12. Application development using 5 Layer Architecture
13. Implementing all security related concepts in application.
14. Overall Technical guidance on Developing applications with adherence to Coding Standards
15. Overall Technical guidance onDeveloping applications with adherence to Design Standards
16. Overall Technical guidance onDeveloping applications with adherence to Application Standards
17. Overall Technical guidance onDeveloping applications with adherence to Database Standards
18. Research on latest and most appropriate technologies.
19. Overall leadership to technical teams to move to latest technologies
20. Overall responsibility on review of all technical matters – Code, Database and All project Documentation.
21. Top Management reporting on all Project related matters.
22. Client interaction for all Project Management matters.
23. Overall accountability for Client satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile
1.Education – Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Engineering / Computer Applications
2.Experience – 8 to 12 years’ experience
3.Project Experience – Software Products based experience with high complexity, advanced security and performance tuning with large databases is what we require. Project experience involving migration from VB to Dot Net is very much preferred.Software Products based experience is preferred. Mobile conversion projects experience is a must. Cloud based projects experience is also a must.
4.Desired soft skills – Commitment, dependability, team work, Consistency, Ability to withstand pressure on tight deadline projects, Punctuality, Disciplined, Ethical behaviour, delivering as per client deadlines.
5.Functional requirements – Domain knowledge of HR and Payroll is preferred.
Selection Process
Round 1 - Initial HR Round
Round 2 - Face to Face – Initial Technical Round
Round 3 – Second Technical Round
Round 4 – Final Top Management Interview
Round 5 – Final HR Round and Finalisation of Employment terms and conditions.
