Location: Remote
On-Track Earnings (OTE): 20-25k base + 3-5% comissions
Bonus Structure: 15k on 5L sales | 50k on 10L sales
What You'll Do:
- Handle qualified inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Guide prospects through a consultative, needs-based sales process.
- Work with mid/high-ticket offers in fitness coaching.
- Maintain a strong follow-up and pipeline management system.
- Close deals and consistently hit/exceed targets.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of high-ticket sales experience.
- Proven track record of closing $lInsert Revenuel per month.
- Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently while following structured sales processes.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
