About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Service Manager to lead our service operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, customer support, and service team performance while ensuring high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the service and maintenance team.
- Plan and coordinate installation, commissioning, and after-sales service activities.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests.
- Monitor service quality standards and customer satisfaction levels.
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules and service protocols.
- Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Warehouse, and Accounts departments for smooth operations.
- Prepare service reports, performance metrics, and MIS reports.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate service engineers and technicians.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate with the warehouse for availability.
- Drive continuous improvement in service processes and customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in service management, preferably in Solar, Electrical, Power, or Energy sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
