Eligibility:
- 2-5 years of experience in HR, Administration, Operations, or Office Management.
- Experience in Creative Agencies, Production Houses, Studios, or Media Industry will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, people management, and team coordination skills.
- Experience with HRMS, SOP creation, workflow management, and process improvement.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including hiring, onboarding, attendance, performance reviews, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
- Handle office administration, travel & logistics, vendor and freelancer management, resource planning, and cost control.
- Develop and implement SOPs, improve workflows, and maintain HRMS and operational systems.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and coordinate between founders and internal teams.
- Monitor project execution, maintain quality standards, and support process improvements.
- Train and mentor team members, build structured work processes, and drive operational excellence.
- Maintain discipline, resolve employee concerns, and create a positive workplace culture.
Preferred Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Experience in operations, HR, and administrative process management.
Ability to build systems, improve efficiency, and manage multiple teams.
Detail-oriented with excellent decision-making and organizational skills.
