SCM WH Executive will be responsible effective and efficient warehouse related activities on daily basis.
- Bachelors in material management, BBA or MBA or relevant courses in the field of inventory & Logistic management.
At least 5-6 years of job Experience of Managing Medium size Warehouse particularly in manufacturing environment.
- Strong in SAP especially WH’s & Production Module as well as MES.
- Strong skill related Material receipt, Issue, and consumption in production environment.
- Product knowledge and it’s BOM components.
·· Very good at Microsoft office productivity tools like Excel, word, power point, Outlook, one notes.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in QSHE-16 Audit as well as other mandatory audits and implement the suggestion and changes in respective area.
- Maintained HSE protocols in warehouse and designated areas.
- Propose Improvement through lean techniques in Warehouse related Process and its establishment through SOP’s.
- Slob Materials liquidation.
- Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment.
Additional Responsibilities
Responsible for higher productivity of inbound and outbound shipments to control inventory as well effective use of various resources.
- Maintained Min-Max stock levels of defined items.
- Responsible for monitoring of COGI (Control over goods issue) through various inputs like SAP, MES and highlight the differences to concern department.
- Carry out Cyclic inventory counts & Yearly stock take activities with higher degree of accuracy and suggest changes in system for prevention of differences as well as accurate bookkeeping records all the time.
- Prepare Daily, Bi-weekly, Monthly MIS reports as per requirement.
