Key Eligibility & Requirements
- Educational Background: Minimum 12th pass with a Diploma, ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification, or vocational training in automotive mechanics or diesel mechanics.
- Experience: Typically 1 to 5+ years of service technician experience, though entry-level trainee roles often require just 6 months to 2 years.
- Essential Skills: Proficient with automotive repair tools, strong electrical and mechanical diagnostics, and the ability to read repair manuals.

Core Roles and Responsibilities:
- Diagnostics: Identify mechanical and electrical faults utilizing both manual inspection and computerized diagnostic equipment.
- Repairs & Replacements: Repair, adjust, or replace malfunctioning parts, engines, transmissions, and braking systems.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine servicing such as oil changes, fluid refilling, and tire rotations to optimize vehicle performance.
- System Logging & Record Keeping: Track repairs, update Workshop Management Systems (WMS), and maintain detailed service records.
- Quality Testing & Safety: Conduct test drives and final inspections on vehicles to verify that repairs resolve customer concerns and meet safety standards.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
