Experience : 2 to 5 Years
Location : Sriperumbudhur, Kanchipuram
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Must Experience with desktop support activities.
- Responsible for Installation, configuration, troubleshooting of OS.
- Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
- Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
- Provide L1 Level support in LAN, Remote support.
- Maintain computer systems and networks.
- Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
- Advising on software or hardware upgrades.
- Good experience in Cisco switches and Cable crimping process
