Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern who will work closely with the business development and sales team. This role combines lead generation, client interaction, and data analysis to support business growth. It is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in business development with a strategic and analytical approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities
- Assist in lead generation through online research, outreach, and CRM tools
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer requirements
- Support the sales team in pitching AI products and services
- Prepare reports on leads, conversions, and campaign performance
- Maintain and update CRM data accurately
- Assist in creating business proposals and presentations
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaign execution
- Track and optimize lead funnels and outreach performance
Requirements
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong interest in business development, sales, and strategy
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to research, organize, and interpret data
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of sales funnels and lead generation
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms
- Interest in AI tools, SaaS products, or automation
- Presentation and reporting skills
Stipend & Performance Policy
- First Month: Training / Evaluation Period
- After 1 Month: Performance-based stipend based on:
- Lead generation contribution
- Quality of research and analysis
- Support in sales conversions
- Overall performance and initiative
