- The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, managing bookings, coordinating with guests, and ensuring a seamless reservation experience.
- The candidate must be based on the property and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Key Responsibilities
- Handle resort booking inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with guests regarding room availability, packages, and special requests.
- Maintain booking records and reservation details accurately.
- Follow up with potential guests to maximize occupancy.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after guest stays.
- Coordinate with operations and hospitality teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Assist in promoting resort packages, events, and seasonal offers.
- Prepare daily and monthly booking reports.
- Should be willing to work from the resort
- Basic computer knowledge.
