Role Overview
We are adding Technical Project Managers to lead technically complex software projects from requirements through release. This role requires strong technical depth, disciplined delivery governance, and the ability to align business objectives with engineering execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery from requirement analysis to release
- Translate business needs into structured technical execution plans
- Collaborate with architects and technical leads to define scope and solutions
- Lead development and QA teams to ensure disciplined execution
- Drive sprint planning, milestone tracking, and release management
- Monitor project KPIs, quality metrics, and delivery timelines
- Identify technical and delivery risks; implement mitigation strategies
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectation alignment
- Ensure adherence to Agile processes and delivery governance
Must-Have Skills
- Strong technical background in software development - specifically with Java / UI / Java Full Stack
- Experience managing large, technically complex software projects
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ability to review and validate technical decisions
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and project tracking tools
- Strong risk, dependency, and release management skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional leadership
- Strong analytical and decision-making capability
Good-to-Have
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications
- Experience in eCommerce / SAP Commerce environments
- Exposure to cloud and DevOps-based release processes
- Experience working with enterprise or international clients
