Roles and Responsibilities:-
- B2B Lead Generation: Design and execute inbound marketing strategies to capture and nurture high-quality B2B leads.
- SEO & Content Marketing: Optimize our website architecture and content to rank higher for relevant engineering keywords.
- Paid Advertising (PPC): Set up and manage target-oriented Google Ads and paid social media campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Social Media Management: Create, curate, and schedule impactful professional content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to build brand authority.
- Email Marketing: Build and deploy email automation workflows to nurture prospects, franchise partners, and existing clients.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report monthly performance metrics using Google Analytics and marketing dashboards to optimize campaign performance.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field. Certification in Digital Marketing would be an added advantage.
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within a B2B, industrial, or engineering sector.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools and email marketing platforms.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent business copywriting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional technical teams.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
