We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our Home Health Care team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring comfort, safety, and continuity of care while promoting independence and well-being.
Key Resposibilities:
* Assess patients’ health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
* Administer medications, injections, wound care, and other prescribed treatments.
* Monitor vital signs, document patient progress, and report changes to physicians and supervisors.
* Educate patients and family members on disease management, medication adherence, and healthy lifestyle practices.
* Maintain accurate medical records and comply with healthcare regulations and standards.
* Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies while providing compassionate support.
* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Requirement:
* Diploma, GNM, or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
* Valid nursing registration/license.
* Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage patient care in a home setting.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
