Position: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused professional to join our clinic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle patient appointments and inquiries.
- Welcome and guide patients at the clinic.
- Manage calls, follow-ups, and patient records.
- Coordinate with doctors and staff for smooth clinic operations.
- Ensure a positive patient experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in customer service, front office, or healthcare is an advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
