Position: Lead Generation & Content Creator Specialist
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented professional who can generate quality student leads while creating engaging digital content that drives inquiries and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Identify and generate high-quality student leads through social media, online communities, and digital platforms.
- Research and connect with prospective students interested in studying abroad.
- Build and maintain lead databases using CRM tools and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with the counseling team for lead handovers and follow-ups.
Content Creation
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Design posts, reels, carousels, and short-form videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Write compelling captions, blogs, and promotional content.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
- Stay updated with social media trends and implement new content ideas.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Strong communication and writing skills in English.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Basic understanding of SEO and social media marketing is an advantage.
- Experience in the overseas education industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated, creative, and target-driven.
