Job Summary
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, preparing quotations and proposals, and achieving sales targets for the company's engineering and industrial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through client visits, networking, and market research.
- Meet prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely project execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain daily visit reports, sales pipeline, and CRM records.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Qualification
- Graduate (BBA/MBA Marketing preferred) or BE/B.Tech with relevant experience.
Experience
- 2–5 years in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing (preferably in EPC, Electrical, Renewable Energy, or Industrial Services).
Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Client relationship management.
- MS Office and CRM knowledge.
- Willingness to travel across Gujarat and nearby regions.
Work Location: Mundra, Gujarat (Field-based with client visits).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
