Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Holiday Consultant to help clients plan and book their travel experiences. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, sales ability, and a customer-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in planning domestic and international holiday packages.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
- Handle end-to-end holiday package sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and travel partners for bookings.
- Prepare travel itineraries and provide complete travel information.
- Handle customer queries before, during, and after travel.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
- Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Stay updated on travel destinations, offers, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in travel, tourism, sales, or customer service (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and email).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
