Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth for Shabab Tourism.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B and B2C business opportunities in the travel and tourism sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners
- Promote our tour packages, visa services, ticketing, and other offerings to potential clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
- Represent Shabab Tourism at travel expos, networking events, and client meetings
- Coordinate with the operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth client servicing
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or the travel industry (freshers with strong drive may apply)
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (for Calicut role)
- Knowledge of GCC travel products is an advantage (for UAE role)
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools

Pay: ₹11,529.53 - ₹20,000.00 per month
