4. Daily Red bin analysis and Counter measure .
5.Involve and Reccord NPD Pilot lot trial
6. DWM work management for all subordinate team
7. Training to subordinate and Manpower
8. Skill matrix and upgradation of skill
Job Description:
1.Inspect In-process Product , components, and sub-assemblies as per specifications, drawings, and sampling plans.
2 quality issues and ensure corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented.
3. Ensure daily red bin analysis meeting and Counter-measure to reduce rejection rate
4.Maintain inspection records, reports, and traceability documents.
5. Strong analytical skill Like 7Qc , tool , MSA, SPC, ETC
6. All measuring Instruments Knowledge
7 Ensure inspection tools and instruments are calibrated and maintained.
8. Training session to Operators and Area manpower for Defect , SOP, WI.
Skill & Competency:
Knowledge of quality tools (5 Why, Fishbone, 8D, Pareto, SPC, MSA).
Understanding of ISO 9001 quality systems.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with inspection instruments and measuring techniques.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
