Senior Accounts Executive – Finance

Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Senior Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and financial reporting across multiple group entities. The ideal candidate combines strong accounting fundamentals with a verification-first mindset, ensuring every transaction and compliance activity is executed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Statutory Compliance

Prepare and file TDS workings, challans, and returns.

Prepare GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B with GSTR-2B reconciliation.

Handle Professional Tax and other statutory compliances.

Ensure timely and accurate compliance filings.
Accounting & Reconciliations
-
Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime.
-
Pass journal entries and perform ledger scrutiny.

Reconcile bank accounts, vendor ledgers, inter-company balances, TDS (TRACES/26AS), and GST.

Support month-end and year-end financial closing.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
-
Process vendor invoices and payments.
-
Raise customer invoices and monitor receivables.

Maintain accurate transaction records and supporting documentation.
MIS & Audit
-
Prepare MIS reports and finance schedules.
-
Support statutory and internal audits.
-
Ensure adherence to finance SOPs and documentation standards.
Eligibility
-
B.Com / M.Com
-
2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment.

Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
