Job Summary
We are looking for an Area Sales Executive , who will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets with high levels of integrity and professionalism. The roles and responsibilites include:
Key Responsibilities
- Experience in sales and customer relationship management
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills in English and regional language (marathi/ gurjati) are a plus
- Committed towards long term personal and professional growth of self and company
- Report in Jalandhar office once every quarter
- Passionate about sports is a plus
- Manage and develop sales in the assigned area/territory
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Identify new customers and business opportunities & maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Conduct regular market visits and collect market intelligence
- Promote company products , negotiate pricing, terms, and orders within company guidelines
- Ensure timely payment reconciliation
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and support teams
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum years of experience- Minimum 3 years of experience in area sales
- Expertise in- Sales, Marketing, Sports industry
- Location preference- Gujrat/ Maharashtra
- Education- Minimum diploma is required
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Previous experience in sports industry is a plus
